I'm reading my new book, Clicker Training for Your Horse by Alexandra Kurland, when Mike walks by, toothbrush hanging from his mouth. He bends to read the book cover, cocks an eyebrow, removes the toothbrush, wags it at me and says, "Clicker training?! No way am I giving up the remote!"
The guy cracks me up every day.

It's worth a thought!
That's a good book - I need to spend more time reading it, and using ideas out of it.
Ha!!! I think we should bury our men with their remotes!
And the way you wrote it, it was as if I could see the moment happen. Cracked me up too. :D There's no way in hell Don would ever give up the remote either.
That's a real blessing Leah. I enjoyed your telling of this little tale.
Funny guy!
BAHAHA LOL!!! That is classic!!
Lol!
Funny :)
Are you going to try some clicker training? I've been meaning to do more with McKinna forever, and just last night I finally busted out the clicker and treats. We just worked on targeting but she's got it down now...next I think I'm going to teach her how to bow! Then I'll start introducing it to under-saddle work.
oh my goodness thats too funny!
That's pretty cute - its moments like that I miss with my hubby - we're not getting along all that well right now and well....anyways I got a good grin out of that post. Give him a good peck on the cheek for that!
Hah. Funny!
We never call it a remote either. It's always, "Where's the clicker?!"
lol!
