Were all of those your horses or are some horses you know? That's quite a menu. Bombay would be chocolate chip, Gabbrielle would be a vanilla scoop dropped in dirt, and Lostine would be orange sherbet.

You have no idea how much fun that was! I knew someone would ask if they are all mine. Nope, just Pokey & Jaz. The rest are Heather's. Amber & Vera, the 3 yr-old fillies, are at my place right now. The rest of the photos were taken during a walk in the pasture at Heather's on Sunday. I intended to do a straight post, but got inspired brushing Poco. In winter he's silver grey, in summer he's rocky road ice cream. Doesn't take much to get me going.
That was great! I have a sorrel...I think that would have to be the inside of a really ripe peach? I hope no one comes up with the ice cream flavor "flea bitten". I know I have had my old white horse turn a "Manure Mocha". Or what about "Rolled in the Grass After a Bath Pistachio"?

Chief would be rocky road, Calypso would be chocolate fudge and Gabe, well, I can't think of any steel gray colored icecream off the top of my head.
All I know is now I'm very hungry for ice cream! I'll take all those flavors. lol!
