I've paid for them to be boarded until the third week in may. I need to buy Bermuda pretty soon to hit the right window. The rye helps hold it in. We want to this right, make it work for us. I think that would be a plus if we decide to sell this place, don't you? It only makes sense to treat it as an investment.
