Now to answer your queries:
I ride Western
Bling is good on tack not much for bling on myself though (exceptions can be made though as in the case of awesome sunglasses)
I usually wear an XL or XXL t-shirt depending on the fit.
I really like blues and greens.

I ride Western mostly, sidesaddle and bareback some times and on rare occasions I ride in a Dressage saddle but that doesn't mean I know much about it.

Bling I'm not much of a bling person

T-shirt size Medium And favorite color is Green.

Have fun on your blog-cation and congratulations on your 300th post

Western, those skinny stirrups scare me.

Bling. Some days I'm all about it, other days I want to be monochrome.

T-shirt. Medium, because I have no chest, something that was a HUGE disappointment to me in high school.

Color - Anything in a jewel tone - bright blue, red, even green, rust. Pastels = bad.

300 posts and now you're going on a blog-cation? You deserve it! :)

Lets see... I ride English with a smidge of western here and there.

I like functional.

Favorite colors are anything that doesn't show dirt, but I'm especially fond of the "ugly" colors like mustard and browns.

And Bling only goes on browbands!

Can't wait to see ya tomorrow, and grats on the milestone.

morningbrayfarm said...

Congrats on 300!

I've never ridden English, only Western.

I don't like bling.

Medium t-shirt...

I'm going with blue on favorite color.

congratulations on your 300th!

i ride english, but western is the big thing in germany now and i could see myself climbing up on a western saddle if invited.

i hate bling - on horse or human - my ears are not pierced.

i wear a large tshirt, or medium sometimes, sometimes XL. that's a hard one.

i like black best.

Leah, you are so fun. Enjoy your well deserved blogcation, can't wait to hear about it! I'll miss you.

1)Disipline - I prefer Western (been a long time since I've ridden English!)

2)Bling? Maybe. I am accused of liking bling, it catches my eye. But, I rarely do bling.

3)Colors: Blues, Purples, Greens, Blacks, Browns, really anything. Altho I rarely wear pink/yellow/orange.

4)TSize: Large usually works, unless it's a shrinkydink then XL

Laughing Orca Ranch said...

Oh wow! Congrats on your 300th post! I'm glad you've not decided to fade away from blogging, as I'd sure miss you. Here's to another 300 posts!

1)I ride Western, but non-traditional Western (if there is such a thing) with my all black tack, and instead of jeans I wear breeches and riding tights, but I love lots of fringe! I've never fit well into any molds. I suppose the only thing that I have that is Western is the horn on my saddle. lol!

2)I usually like understated bling, but I've recently discovered helmet skins and I can tell I'm going to have a blast with all the fun patterns and bright colors to dress up my riding attire.

3)T-shirt size is usually XL, but some of the modern cuts are made for Twiggy and then I have to go up to a XXL.

4)Oh! I love color! Just about anything, except pastels. I love Turquoise, Purple, Orange and Pink the most, though.

I know just what you're doing on your Blog-cation, my friend....riding! Wahooo!

Have a great time!

~Lisa

I am most proficient at riding English, but I enjoy Western, too. Neither of my guys does neck reining, however.

Bling doesn't quite fit my lifestyle. It doesn't quite fit with mucking stalls and grovelling in dirt.

I wear a men's small T-shirt and love just about any color - except maybe some icky greens or a bright blue.

I ride western although I occasionally toss on an english saddle just for fun. Love bling! Large tee & any color but pink!

Congrats on your 300th post!

I think it's awesome that you're doing this! I'm not 100% sure how I found your blog, but your Poco caught my interest, and I hung around.

You see, I have my very own 'Wildman Rockstar' roany appaloosa with a forelock/mane that has the same fantastic style that your Poco has. {Mine has a white butt-blanket as well}

So...congrats on the 300th post! And please - keep it up. I for one enjoy your blog - the pictures most of all! :)

My answers:
I ride English
I love bling! [Yes, I own those pink rhinestone bling stirrups, and would love to find a pink rhinestone blinged bit!]
I really wear a L, but prefer an XL most of the time.
And...pink is the most fantastic color ever created!

Thanks for doing this! Jennifer

Hey, I almost missed a give-a-way?

LOL

Ride, mostly western, but do ride English as well.

I love bling...
We all have a serious condition in this house...it's called OLS.

OLS = Oh Look Shiny

I wear a size medium.

I really need to do one of these give-a-ways. I missed both of my blogging anniversaries, the 100th post milestone AND the 300th post milestone.

I am new here and will come back. Found you through 7msn.
I trailride gaited horses so I glide. Hard to describe how much I love it. I get to see the world around me smooth and easy even flying a fast gait. Can you tell I love it?
I had to google bling. In the south we call it "decking out". I enjoy it occasionally like a fun night out with girlfriends or a date with husband.
Love t-shirts especially the "life is good" ones and wear a large. Any color. My daughter says every shopping trip involves buying a white shirt.

I loved riding English, gradually rode Western, tried an Aussie, bought an endurance saddle, and finally gave up. I simply cannot ride anymore. Bling--not so much. Just am not an out-there kind of person. Size--XL for the most part. Depends on manufacturer. Color--gemstone colors--deep purple, green, blue, dark pink, etc. I love reading your blog and check in frequently. Hope you carry on for a long time!

Fantastyk Voyager said...

I ride mostly western but a little english too. I love bling! I'm good with all colors, especially pink, green, and yellow. Prolly a medium in tee shirts. Fingers crossed...

PS- Congrats on 300 posts!

Oh, congratulations on 300!!! Wow!

I ride....used to be a western saddle, now dressage (not to say I am a dressage rider, just the saddle) I ride the dressage saddle in jeans and Fat Baby boots and an Aussie leather hat sometimes. Sometimes in breeches and half chaps. Hope to get Gil a custom fit Aussie stock saddle soon.

Bling, like it on Gil, not me.

T-shirt, soft, comfie and XL

Color, anything in fall colors are my favorites.

Have a fun blog-cation, are you going to ride??? :-D

English~not a huge bling fan~xxl, even though I'm getting smaller I still like big t's.

Congratulations on your 300th post!

Ok i stop lurking, my bad! thanks for the callout lol Congrats on 3oo - and I thought posting 10 tens a month was hard...!

I started in Huntseat, dabbled in dressage, occasionally ride western lazyboy lounger style, wish i could show jumpers again...and now am contemplating sidesaddle. i need intervention; stop me please before someone gets hurt...

I am a magpie; bling hypnotizes me into behaving...I even have those Ariat cameo chap changers with rhinestones...

I wear a size small. I once was in the hospital and the nurse there called other nurses into the room to giggle at my size 6 'tiny" boots...I think. I was drifting in and out of consciousness at the time...

I am a horse owner. Brown or black, if im to clean stalls in it, eat brownies, then go to tractor supply...Green, blue, if Im to work in the woods to cover the tree stains (im a timber cruiser by trade)...Pink, red if Im to go out on the town to have a few and eat elk burgers. But any other color would be fine -

who actually looks a gift horse in the mouth anyway? :) Thank you for your posting ~ its been fun reading!

If I won again, I think people might start thinking I'm blackmailing you for something.

I ride Western, bling is good, XL for the potbelly, I've been attracted to teals, purples, and electric blues lately.

300th post! I have no idea where I am in my posting. I should probably pay attention and do a giveaway too someday.

jacksonsgrrl said...

Ha ha ha! I really just stopped in to say "hello", thinking "Leah's giveaways are always Western stuff so I'm not going to try to win something I wouldn't use".... Not that I ever win anything, EVER!..
Been going through a bad time, so haven't been keeping up, you look like you are well.
You know I ride English. Bling must be very understated for me *as in a classy browband with blue or silver crystals* but I do like it. My cross country colors are navy blue and baby blue, and that includes rubber baby blue reins, so I am sure that is leaving understated waaaayyy behind, and perhaps still classifies as bling, just of a different sort!
Although, I will say, if this is for a pair of Twisted X boots, that's another story!!!! I will bling out and two step for a pair of those! :) I like blues... I am in a major blue faze with my riding. Light and navy blue and brown tack. I also like pink and greens...no oranges or yellows as a redhead is really the key! I wear a medium (unless it's that crap Ariat, then I need 8 sizes up from a normal 8-10 medium!!!) unless it runs small. All that said, I hope someone English wins, cause I can't WAIT to see what you will find! :) Congrats on 300! I think my post today was 99. Time to give away another beaded horseshoe...
:) Mindy

1) I ride western...but badly. At least that's how I feel after not being able to sit Marley's bucking episode this week. Used to ride English, so I just don't think about grabbing onto the horn to hold on.

2) I'm working up to bling, as I'm still discovering my inner cowgirl. I love the western look and wear leather belts with silver buckles and cowgirl boots. I like to wear my cowgirl boots with skirts. I find myself shopping for clothes less at the mall and more at the Cowboy Walmarts and western wear stores.

3) XL

4) Green

Have a nice blogcation.

I don't think I've been to your blog before - found you thru NuzMuz. I'm always up for winning something! I ride western - well I ride in a western endurance saddle, with a helmet and lots of stuff hanging on my horse. I LOVE to trail ride and camp but it's already gotten too hot to camp now. I like shades of blue or green - no blingage for me. I wear an XL. Have fun on your blogcation - I'm on one from mine as well, but didn't think of that cool word to use.
